Laboratory Agitated Reactors - FC Series
300 mL
Model FC- 31- 3A1S- 3SG- 146- 0- 00 is a complete, ready-to-use reaction vessel package needing only utility connections prior to operation. The 300 mL FC Series reactor is equipped with a PPI Dyna/Mag magnetic mixer for non-contaminating, sealess agitation. The FC Series reaction vessel is ideally suited for applications in laboratory research, pilot plants and batch testing of production processes.

Drive Motor
- A 1/6 hp (0.13kW), 115 volt, single phase 60 Hz, DC variable speed drive motor and controller are supplied as standard. The standard DC VSD is equipped for operation from 0-2500 rpm. A 220 volt, single phase, 50 Hz motor can be supplied as required.
Heating
- Stainless steel sheathed mantle heater. Heater power is 1.0 kW. Heater voltage is 115/230, single phase, 50/60 Hz.
Magnetic Drive and Agitator
- Dyna/Mag magnetic drive mixer model MM-016-06. Static torque is 16 in-lbs (2 Nm). Can transmit up to .63 hp (0.5 kW) at 2500 rpm. Dyna/ Mag drive is coupled with gaspersator agitator, gas dispersing 6 blade flat turbine.
Closure Seal
- Self energizing metal seal ring and optional "0" ring.
